Practice Schedule

Players should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled practice time to have adequate time to change shoes and set up nets and ball carts.

Player Expectations

• 100% effort and participation at every practice, game and team activity, whether on the court or on the bench
• Arrive 15 minutes before every practice to get on shoes and set up the net/ball carts. If you can not make practice, the player (not the parent) must text or email Karen at least an hour prior to the scheduled start time.
• At tournaments and practices, your cell phone is in your bag on silent before you enter the gym until you leave the gym. Absolutely no cell phones on the bench.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Come prepared for every practice and game, including a water bottle, shoes, kneepads, ball bag or ball cart if required, jersey(s), player book, etc.
